The platform spans the entire journey of a development project -
from site selection and site analysis, feasibility studies and business planning, deal sourcing and acquisition, due diligence, design, massing, zoning, and construction, to accounting, asset management, and compliance with legal and policy frameworks.

Challenge
Linear workflows (site → feasibility → construction → asset management) often operate in silos, even though decisions in early stages directly impact downstream outcomes.
Data fragmentation across feasibility models, zoning regulations, cost estimates, schedules, and approvals made it difficult to assess project health in real time.
Decision-makers lacked visibility into risks, overruns, delays, and regulatory constraints until it was too late.
